I learn lots of articles and write ups about roasting pans and which type is best so Managed to get this roasting pan and cooked by butterball 20 lb turkey... and it was awful! ! ! Best I have ever had. The meat was moist and remarkable throughout. Stuffed 20 lb turkey cooked evenly in 5 1 2 hrs. Lots of fantastic rich brown juice and drippings. Topmost gravy I HAVE EVER HAD. I can not describe how fantastic those turkey drippings were! Pan did outstanding on the furnace too when creating the gravy itself. Worthy of every penny for the pan. Plan to use for same for Christmas dinner and I can try roast lamb and additional roasts too now. Pan was heavier than I anticipated, but great quality. Hint : stab a minimal of the turkey in different areas to put out more juices during the final few hours of cooking for more juice with the drips.
- I make all Calphalon cookware so I went ahead and purchased this too. Heavy gage stainlesss steel, roasted like a charm, easy to make boom afterward and still clean up was speedy. This year's turkey was the a majority of luxurious and red hot ever. All this and it seemed gorgeous, too. I know there might be lot of cheaper roasting pans but overall I am thrilled with this one.
- This pan is just the best size and weight for large roasts and turkeys. The clean up was easy and with regards to it is dishwasher safe, per the use and fear guide, I did n't find it necessary. I cook rib roasts using superb heat for 15 - 20 minutes depending on the group of ribs and then turn off the heat and let it set in the oven for a couple hours. The key to this working is even heat completion and even loss of heat as the oven cools. It worked like a dream, no surprises. I have other Calphalon pots and pans and have been completely a fan for years - this is no exclusion - the best choice! .
- As a way for years, I'd used cooking pocketbooks for turkeys and big knocks in my cheap, $ 10 roasting pan. Then I took a cooking class and studied how to make gravy from the drips. Problem is, you can't do that with a $ 10 pan. So I bit the bullet, did my homework, shopped for a great deal and purchased this one for about $ 100. And we LOVE it! Rack is non-stick and is a breeze to clean. Pan is NOT non-stick, but deglazing it relating to wine when I create the pan gravy takes off all the major stuff and the rest gets clean with dish soap and a leech. (I did n't want a non-stick pan, as I assume this thing to last for all time, and non-stick surfaces wear out.) The only just catch with this pan is it's big, so it holds and cooks a huge turkey perfectly, but my mire poix sometimes burn around the edges when cooking a chicken or a little roast. I ended up purchasing a second, little roasting pan like most this, but the little one is n't virtually as nice as this one and it cost even as a heavy. I wish Calphalon made a 9x13 size.
- I'd needed an example for years and in conclusion bought one. It has astounded me by having MUCH BETTER roast chicken than I have formerly made using a cooling rack set aside over a jelly roll pan. I can hardly wait and see to try a turkey in this pan! It's solid but not heavy, easy to manage and easy to clean. I could not be more proud of. Worth every single penny! I am gravely pleased with this roasting pan.

-Received it today. Used 8 oz size. Was best Coffee people k-cups I have experienced, and I have tried many. The flavor was not too bold for me I like a bolder Timothy's coffee, but not dark roast. I will try 10 oz tomorrow and see if flavor is yet there! If my wife was not interrupted with me for telling so much coffee, I would order more! ! ! I wish they would make this blend all year.
-After that studying all of the reviews that are positive, I want to apply it out for myself. At the price of $ 11.75, I could n't pass it up. The coffee blend delightful. It is n't bitter or burned taste like any bold favors. It's smooth and strong at the same time too. If you want to have an espresso-like cup, then go for small cup. I always brew the Santa's Buzz on the big size. I care strong coffee but not too strong. It also cues me of Colombian coffee. if you like Colombian coffee, you'll love this! ! .
-I ordered this K Cup Coffees when if for just one came out for Xmas and receive since said more. It is one of my favorite afternoon coffees. It is strong but does n't experience a strong, bitter aftertaste like some. Overall, the k cups are the at just way my husband and I produce coffee, we used to brew a pot, but now only use the Timothy's coffee. It is incredible to always use a newly tasting cup of coffee.
-That you know, some should not like it, some will, every body's taste buds are dissimilar. it intelligibly says that this is bold coffee, for folks who ca n't do by it, do n't buy it! i loved it! if you do like it a trifle less strong, you can double brew it, just brew the ample setting first then get up the care and put it back down again and contract the minuscule place setting. (of course you need a larger mug) either way, amazing Single cup coffee brewers! .
-I 'm not known exactly how to categorise this blend in terms of almost every other breed of Coffee people k-cups it resembles. It is strong (thus the "Extra Bold" title), but it is silky and generally not very bitter. I'd say it's a notch up from your distinctive Breakfast Blend or Donut Shop coffee, but not as strong (or in my opinion bitter) as some of the other Extra Bolds (Black Tiger, Newman's Own). A very gratifying cup of coffee that holds up very well to the big size settings. I definitely order this K Cup Coffee again.
-Before I get to the coffee itself, I just want to reiterate a disclaimer to anyone who's thinking about buying this:
Yes it's a great price for 50 Single cup coffee brewers, and that is an unqualified statement - when you consider that the local supermarket has 18 for $10, it's an unbelievable value. However K Cup Coffee, the packaging and shipping method leaves something to be desired. The cardboard box you see in the picture is the shipping box - inside are 50 K-cups that were just thrown in. No peanuts, no molds, nothing at all. Just 50 loose K-cups in a shipping box. As a result, any dents the box might endure in shipping (it happens) could damage the K Cup Coffee themselves. I was lucky, as only four K-cups in my shipment had cosmetic dings and scratches and none were broken open. Other buyers have not been so fortunate K Cup Coffee.
Now, onto the good news - this K Cup Coffee is brilliant. As soon as I got my shipment I went right to work using my B70's smallest setting. Naturally this provides the richest brew, and therefore is the most telling test of a coffee's quality. This Kona blend passes with flying colors - great aroma, a fantastically bold yet sweet taste with none of the bitter aftertaste that other bold roasts leave behind. Goes down wonderfully smooth. Just an all-around great coffee to have everyday. Some purists may question the value of a Kona "blend" (which probably has only 10% Kona coffee) but I think you should just ignore the name and buy it because it's delicious K Cup Coffee.
Bottom line - this is excellent K Cup Coffees, no question. Just know that the fragile packaging is the price you pay for $0.35 Gloria jeans k cups.
